Installing the software:
In order to install the software please download the latest version. Once download has completed you will need to open the file by double clicking on it. The installation wizard will guide you through the installation process.
*** IMPORTANT WINDOWS 7 USERS ***
If you are running Windows 7 in 32 bit or 64 bit you will need to download and ust the Virtual XP PC from microsoft as the Sales Leads XLS program will not work in Windows 7.

Just follow the three easy steps and this will allow you to run a virtual XP PC within your Windows 7 operating system. Then you can run your Sales Leads XLS Generator in the XP mode on your PC.
Note: When first installing you will need to click on yes when it asks you to install the .net framework that is required to run this software. Then after installing that update you can install the SalesLeadsXLS Software.
How to start the software:
To start the software double click on the Sales Leads XLS icon on your desktop.
Once the program opens you will see the control interface.
How to activate the software for unlimited use:
1. Click the "Activate" button as in the image above.
2. Enter your "Transaction ID" number here:
Then click "Ok"
The software will generate a PCKEY.
Now click on the link in the box (step 2) to return to the site. Once at the site login to your account. After login click on the flashing arrow as seen below:
3. Enter you PCKEY from the software here. It is recommended that you copy/paste this code to avoid any errors.
After entering the code you should see this message: Success:We have send you an email containing your activation code!
4. You will receive an email with your "Activation Code". Copy /Paste your Activation Code into the software (3) and click the Register button. You will see a popup with a message saying that your registration is complete. Click OK
Congratulations!!
You now have the unlimited leads generator set up and activated.
How To Create Your First Leads List:
Here is how to start a lead extraction:
Enter the keywords for the type of business lead that you want to generate.
Example: Attorneys
Enter the location city
Example: Dallas
Then -> Click on Start Button
Once the leads are generated you will see the progress bar will show 100%. Once this is at 100% you can now export the data into one of the following formats; .XLS – this is for use in Excel or other software that manages spread sheets. .DOC – This is for your Avery mail label export and requires Microsoft Word. PDF – This is also a mail label format that can be opened with any PDF reader software for easy compatibility. .HTML – this gives you a convenient web ready format for the lead data.
The software keeps the last lead report that you generated on file until you begin a new scrape. At the start of a new scrape the software will ask you if you wish to continue last scrape. This option is good if you have to stop your scrape before it completes. You can simply restart the program, reenter the keywords and location and pick up where you left off.
If you are not sure what your last scrape was click on the “Load” button and this will populate the last scrape that was performed. If you wish to clear that data click “New” to begin a new lead scrape.
How to export Results:
The software allows you to export the data into four formats.
1. You can export your data into .xls format. This format uses Microsoft Excel to see file or any other spread sheet program capable of reading .xls files.
2. You can export your data into .doc format. This will create a mail label document and open MS Word ready for you to print mailing labels using Avery 5160 labels.
3. You can export your data into .PDF format. This is for labels in a PDF format if you do not have Microsoft Word.
4. You can export your data into .html format. This enables you to have a web ready format to use the data.
Select the type of export you wish to convert the data into from the (file save as) drop down seen here:
Don't forget to name your file and to save it to a location that you will remember.
IMPORTANT!!!
When exporting a large number of leads please be patient when exporting to mailing labels. This will take some time even on a super computer. So please be patient and allow the software to extract and export the data. Once it is done MS Word will open the mailing label document ready to print to Avery 5160 labels and is completed.
Wireless Internet Connections Note:
If your PC is running a wireless internet connection or via a router you may need to restart the leads extraction if the progress bar stops. This is due to connectivity to the internet. If this occures follow these steps to continue where you left off:
1. Click "Stop" Button
2. Close and restart the program.
3. Click load button and select (Load last scrapp)
4. Enter your keyword again
5. Enter your location
6. Click "Start" Button
7. Select "Yes" to continue last scrape.
** PC Power settings: Please set your PC power settings to performance or to never shut off or go into sleep/hibernation mode as this will cause the extraction of leads to stop and will require a restart of the software in order to finish your extraction. This is necessary only for large leads extractions for many key words.
