Hi my name is Thomas Garcia I am a ex-sales professional and have been in computer programming and web design since 1998.  I have spent 18 years in corporate sales and sales management roles for some of the largest sales organizations today.  

As a sales executive it was always a challenge to find high quality leads on an ongoing basis to call on in a specific market.  Sure there are yellow page directories but that would only take me so far.  Not to mention managing the sales cycle and follow up using the telephone directory produced less than desirable results.  As a Sales Manager I noticed that my sales reps struggled with keeping on task as they seem to be spending far too much time shuffling through business cards and creating call lists.  So I knew that there was a better way that could both generate high quality accurate local and national leads, and be in a fast useable format that my sales reps could take with them on the road. 

After searching the web and pounding the pavement I found nothing that was cost effective and solved this problem.  I found other mailing list providers and sales leads list providers.  These organizations all wanted a premium for their lists and were cost prohibitive to our company.  In some instances I paid upwards of two thousand dollars for a very limited list later to find that a third of the leads were incorrect.  Most of the leads lists that I purchased were in a csv format and still required a fair amount of manipulation to put them to any useable format.  This of course took my sales executives time and again led to lost revenue. 

So because there was no cost effective and time saving system out there, I decided to create my own.  I wanted a simple to use fast and user friendly software that could do what I needed.  That was to create local targeted leads lists in formats that I could export with the click of a button.  I needed the exports to be in a format that was standardized so that my reps could use them without extra manipulation in a fast read format.  Also I wanted them to be useable on a mobile device since most of my sales reps had either a BlackBerry or an iphone.  So we developed Sales leads XLS.
